Drive content led GTM strategy

Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Growth Marketeer - Content to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our content calendar, crafting engaging posts, and driving key performance metrics on social media channels such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. This role requires an innovative thinker with a strong understanding of our customer persona and the ability to execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the content calendar to ensure regular publication of content across all channels.

  • Create engaging, informative, and compelling content that reflects our brand’s voice and appeals to our target audience.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content on social media platforms and use insights to optimize future content.

  • Design and implement innovative content strategies to discover niche pockets and expand our reach.

  • Spearhead new initiatives such as podcasts, guest posts, and other content forms to enhance audience engagement.

  • Develop and execute drip campaigns and targeted marketing campaigns focused on onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback.

  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that content strategy aligns with overall marketing goals and company objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. Hands on experience in Canva is a must.

  • Skills:

    • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce creative and effective content.

    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and email marketing software.

    • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions.

    • Innovative thinking with a knack for identifying trends and niche opportunities.

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Deep understanding of customer personas and the ability to tailor content accordingly.

    • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative in new projects and responsibilities.

Education:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if sufficient relevant experience is demonstrated.
