Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our reach in the fixed income investment sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in wealth management, banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), or investment technology (InvestTech), with a deep understanding of fixed income products, particularly bonds, and associated risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients to our platform.

• Conduct market research to identify potential client segments and tailor outreach accordingly.

• Engage with potential clients to explain our offerings, value proposition, and how we mitigate risks associated with our products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance service offerings and client engagement strategies.

• Regularly update CRM systems with client interactions and progress.

• Achieve and exceed set performance targets.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Proven track record in business development or client acquisition roles within wealth management, banking, NBFCs, or InvestTech sectors.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of fixed income securities, particularly bonds, and comprehensive knowledge of the risks involved and how to effectively communicate these to clients.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
